We’ll begin with a gentle opening circle and release ritual, letting go of what no longer serves as we prepare to step into a new season. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply immersive sound bath designed to support release, grounding, and courageous forward movement.
We’ll close with light movement, reflection, and sister circle connection over tea, offering space to integrate and name what you’re stepping into during this Fire Horse season.
This is a small-group experience with limited space.
